Black Bean Salsa Corn Bites
Ingrediants:
- 2 cups frozen corn (I used one whole small bag)
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- Lime juice or Lemon
- 1 cup chopped cilantro (I used 1 whole bunch)
- 1 jar Salsa
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except for the chips and toss well.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
