Fresh Tomato Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon Basil (I used freeze dried refrigerated Basil because that is what I had on hand)
- 2 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Garlic (I used minced Garlic)
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Package of Cherry tomatoes, cut in half (use as many or less as you want depending on how much you want to make)
- Bread and/or crackers for serving with
Directions:
- Mix everything together and refrigerate until ready to serve
- Top pieces of bread and serve or place in a bowl and let guests spoon on for themselves

oh yummy!! didn’t know it was that easy to make, I usually go to a italian restaurants when I want something like this loll which is like all the time but money is tight so glad I came across this 🙂 so thanks for share
