Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich on Hawaiian Bread
Ingredients:
- King’s Hawaiian Sandwich bread (or use any of their products if you can’t find it yet – the sweetness of the bread is a perfect compliment)
- Roma tomatoes (I use this kind because they aren’t as slimy and more firm)
- Mozzarella
- Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Vinagerette Dressing
It is perfect too to toast bread too with a toaster oven used in kitchen.

This sandwich combo is classic and the flavor and texture of King’s Hawaiian Sweet Bread add a great finishing touch. This sweet bread is great for French toast too.

Next time, you may wish to use Sour dough bread as a change of pace for this sandwich, the acid in the sour dough slows digestion in the stomach, so you feel full longer.
