The Frito-Lay and Activision joint promotions provide fans with the unique opportunity to win some great prizes as well, including an exclusive, limited-edition translucent version of the Skylanders character Fire Bone Hot Dog or a Skylanders Game Truck party that will roll out to the house of one lucky fan!

    Now through September 5, fans have the chance to win 1 Fire Bone Hot Dog figure for every minutes of the promotion. Yes, for every 15 minutes! That is a lot of winners, my kind of odds!

    So how do you enter to win?

    • First, download the free Blippar mobile app on your smart phone or tablet.
    • Then, scan the back of a specially marked Skylanders Frito-Lay Classic Mix and Flavor 20-count variety packs, including the image of packaging to enter for a chance to win the Fire Bone Hot Dog figure and scan a Skylanders character on the Frito-Lay in-store display for a chance to win a Skylanders Game Truck party at your home.
    • The Game Truck party sweepstakes ends August 15 and the Fire Bone sweepstakes ends September 5.

    I don’t know about you but I am excited to check out these promotions while snacking on my favorite Frito-Lay snacks and a chance to win some great prizes is a bonus! I haven’t told my kids yet as they will drive me crazy until I have a chance to pick up the Frito-Lay variety pack! I love that each year a new Skylanders® game comes out, Frito-Lay finds out a fun way to partner with Activision so both brands win. In my house snacking and video games go together like peanut butter and jelly, so the partnership makes sense. I have been playing around too with the Blippar app and I can see it really making Skylanders fun!

      We love the Frito Scoops. We use them for our chili dip and it’s a perfect combination and to be honest, I never have to worry about leftovers – LOL My girls love the scoop chips

      I have 3 boys who have just recently got into skylanders. My oldest likes Pop Fizz, my middle son likes Spyro, and my youngest likes Slobbertooth. My 2 oldest have to play their skylander game daily. They got addicted quickly! LOL

      I’m a big fan of the regular Doritos and the crunchy Cheetos 😀 Oh, I love the Lays Sour Cream and Onion too! They just make a lot of great stuff 🙂

      I would love to win this for my friend’s 3 y/o son Jedidiah .. not sure if he knows who the Skylander’s are but I know he would love them 🙂 My favorite Frito Lay snack is Lay’s Original Potato Chips.

      My favorite Frito Lay snack is plain original potato chips from Frito Lay. They taste fresher than any other chip out there and I love eating them just the way they are and sometimes with dip.

      My son is 6 and is just starting to get into Skylanders. I honestly couldn’t tell you what his favorite character is. As for Frito Lay products, my fav is the fritos and bean dip! I could live off that stuff…and I might have during college 🙂
