Going back to school can be a challenge for not only kids but the moms (and dads) that have to get them ready.  From checking to make sure all their school supplies are ready to packing healthy school lunches, back to school is easier with just a little preperation.  For me, I have been buying school supplies throughout the Summer to help with the costs and to help with lunches I have been reasearching recipes online.  Why have I reaserched recipes online? I don’t like to eat the same thing everyday for lunch so why would my kids.  Not only is variety important but I also want my kids to have a healthy meal that will nourish their growing bodies and brains.
