Ingredients:
Meatloaf:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package Lipton Onion Dry Mix
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Mix meatloaf ingredients together
- Shape into balls and place into muffin pan
- Mix sauce ingredients together and drizzle onto meatloaves
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes

This does look like something the kids will enjoy. So after you for the balls, you don’t press the ball into the pan, just drop it in and cover in sauce?

Cranberry sauce in meatloafs I never would of thought of that I have printed the recipe and will try it next week cause, I have to go shopping and I did it yesterday, so I don’t have the ingredients, but I am definitely going to try this with the bar-b-que sauce topping and the being cooked in muffin tins, sounds great and easy, thank you.
