This is the first year both my boys are in a sport and let me say I am dreading it already. I am not dreading them playing of course but rather the craziness of the schedules and the season hasn’t even started yet! They have practices on different nights and different parks and their games are of course at the same time but different fields. Like I said craziness!
How it works for our park districts is they delegate to the coaches and the coaches then print out a paper schedule for us of game times and fields. Paper really in this day of age! Last year we had two games get cancelled and we had to wait until the coach called us hours before the game – not very efficient either!
What is a coach to do though to stay organized? Well luckily there is an app called TeamSnap that is basically the spot for things coaches and players are looking for. It is a super easy app that coaches can set up where they can organize their team games, practices and players. There is so much packed into it!
I set it up just to play around with it and it was so easy to start up!
Add the players to the roster:
Easy to add others that can manage the team as well:
Schedule your practices, games or anything else!

What is so great about TeamSnap, other than the ease of use, is you get a 21 day FREE trial! Yes it does cost money afterwards but I think 21 days is more than enough to decide whether you like it or not. It is a lot more than the typical week you usually get with trials. With 7 million users, there is definitely a lot of reasons why so many people love TeamSnap.
TeamSnap is available on computers, smartphones and tablets. With apps being everywhere and so convenient I love that this is available and included. Sports are stressful enough, why not let TeamSnap take some of that stress away!
Check out TeamSnap to see how easy it is! It is not just for sports either, any team events you need planned and managed can be added into TeamSnap.

I’ve never heard of this before but it sounds like such an easy way to keep everything team related organized!
