They say kids who wet the bed are genetically disposed to do it. My poor oldest son unfortunately got that trait from me. I struggled as a child with bedwetting until I was way too old for it. Back then there was nothing my mom could really do other than wake me up in the middle of the night and drag me to the toilet. I have many memories of my mom and grandma carrying me to the toilet mid-slumber.
My oldest fortunately is not as bad as I was. He has only occasional problems but I fear that one of those occasions will be when he is having a sleepover or when we are staying in a hotel. Enuresis, the technical term for bedwetting, is a problem that enough kids suffer from that a company has done something about it.
Pampers has UnderJams for kids with enuresis. UnderJams are not your typical Pampers diaper, they are made of a more cloth-like material that won’t crinkle are your child moves. I remember my mom trying to get me to wear these plastic pants over my underwear when I was a child but they crinkled as I moved like a diaper and I was too embarrassed to wear them.
Pampers UnderJams feature night wear leakage protection with a Nightlock ultra-absorbent core. To keep bedwetting a secret they even feature a low waistband so only your child knows they are wearing them. This is a must because I could only imagine how embarrassed a child would be if their secret was out. UnderJams are sized for kids up to 85lbs.

Thank goodness for products like this! I’m so grateful that my daughter rarely, if ever, wet the bed. It’s nice that there’s products to prevent daily sheet changes for those that need them!
