    I was sent this product to review in exchange for my honest opinion.

    My boys love playing with their toy guns and they love building, we have them everywhere it seems like! Well thanks to K’NEX, their two favorites have been brought together. K’NEX has a line of toys called K’NEX K-FORCE Build and Blast.

    A few months ago I checked out the K-FORCE Build and Blast: K-10X Building Set and my 7 year old still plays with it daily. He has taken it apart and re-built it numerous times.

    Now we got the K’NEX K-Force K-20X Building Set and it is a hit so far as well! My son had it put together in about 30 minutes all by himself and was so excited to not only build it but then shoot it. He of course started lots of modifications afterwards with other K’NEX pieces we had to build a “super gun” as he called it. That is what is so fun about K’NEX, the pieces really bring out a builder’s creativity.

    The K-Force K-20X set features 165 pieces, including 5 foam darts, 1 Blaster Chamber, 2 Skull Dart Holders and 1 Quick Fit Grip. The manual includes instructions to build other guns as well plus a target holder to shoot at.

    So does the gun actually shoot? Yep and it shoots far!  The box says 75 feet and while I didn’t measure it does shoot pretty far! My dad picked up the gun and didn’t realize it actually shot, he was amazed that it worked and that Gavin built it. For the price it really is a great value and something kids will want to play with after they build. You even get custom K’NEX pieces that are not easily found.

      Ian loves to build anything, from houses to towns to castles to imaginary worlds, you name it, if he can think it up he tries to build it.

      My son loves to build with Legos, with Kinects, with almost anything. He likes to build big buildings and weapons.

      Besides all the toys available for building, my little grand daughter is learning how to build card houses at our house. Well, she’s learning to topple the ones I build anyway! The big builder would be my grandson though…loves to help dad build stuff like their garage! I am thinking he would love Knex!

      My grandkids love to build anything that they can. I build castles with them. Sometimes we build racetracks, trucks, cars, cranes, etc.

      Knect toys sound like someone my Connor would love. He can really put a lot of things together, and enjoys the process. He doesn’t seem to play with the things he builds after they are built though. He likes to show off his models of various types, made from building sets like Legos and other similar sets.

      My son likes to build army compounds….or that is what he calls them anyway. Out of blocks, boxes, whatever he can find.

      My son when he was a child use to love to build toy cars, he is no longer with us, but his son is now 1-1/2 years old and Im sure he would love this.

      My son loves to build anything… lately he is always building towns/cities… he builds cars and trucks, people, all of it.
