Ingredients:
- 10-12 – White Castle® Sliders, no pickles (more if you want to eat them while making this!)
- 1 1/2 cups – Celery, diced
- 1 1/4 teaspoons – Thyme, ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoons – Sage, ground
- 3/4 teaspoon – Black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1/4 cup – Chicken broth
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, tear the Sliders into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings.
- Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well.
- Add ingredients to Casserole Dish, add an additional 3/4 cup of chicken broth and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Or stuff the ingredients into the cavity of the turkey before roasting and cook as you normally would.
- Makes about 9 cups (enough for a 10-to-12-pound turkey).
NOTES:
- Allow 1 Slider for each pound of turkey, which will be equal to 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.
- I bought the Sliders the night before and just kept them in the fridge.
- I made this last year and it was such a hit with my family, both White Castle fans and not. So easily to make since the burgers contain most of the ingredients!
- Don’t overdue with the chicken broth if you like it somewhat crunchy otherwise it gets mushy like mashed potatoes, unless you like them that way! You can always add more chicken broth later but you can’t remove it once its all in there!
- I did not cook this in the turkey but rather in a casserole pan so I can’t say how it would be in the turkey.

I have had the slider dressing before that was cooked in a turkey. It tasted meatier than other dressings that I have had, but good! I don’t know the spices she used either. But everyone usually seasons food according to their tastes.
