I received this product to review in exchange for my honest opinion.
When my boys were first starting out learning how to read, we used a lot of rhyme word books. They loved Dr. Seuss and rhyming words helped them sound out words and event spell them.
Now that they are getting older, they still love rhyming and it is still helping them with their word recognition.
Educational Insights Rhyme Out!
Rhyme Out! is a game from Educational Insights that is all about rhyming. The game is just cards, no game board or other pieces are necessary. You get cards with 600 questions where you get Clues and Answers. From the Clues you have to guess what the rhyming word is and then guess two other rhyming words. It is a family friendly game that is perfect for working on vocabulary, comprehension skills and fast thinking. You want to guess the words before anyone else. The game is compact and comes in a sturdy box, perfect for on the go fun too. My boys are only 7 and 8 and while some of the words and Clues were hard for them, I did find many they could get.
