As a kid, I loved cereal and it was always my go-to breakfast. Now as an adult and mom it is still my go-to breakfast and I love that I can still enjoy favorites from when I was younger.
Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles are some of those favorites. I loved the colors from Fruity Pebbles and the chocolate for breakfast from Cocoa Pebbles.
Recently Pebbles has launched the Pebbles Play Mobile Tour which offers families the opportunity to create, taste, experience and imagine Pebbles Cereal like never before. Pebbles has even teamed up with environmentally sustainable toy company YOXO® to create a fun play station for kids.
One of the things that kids can do at the Pebbles Play Mobile Tour is give life to a Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles cereal box by transforming it into a rocking guitar at the YOXO® Pebbles Play station.
While we missed our local Pebbles Play Mobile Tour, I did help my daughter create her own guitar at home with a cereal box, paper towel tubes and some cardboard scraps.
Another station we missed at the Pebbles Play Mobile Tour is the chance to try out some Pebbles-inspired treats. So we of course had to create some yummy treats at home and my daughter was so excited to combine two of her favorite things – Pebbles cereals and desserts!
Some of the Pebbles recipes are:
Fruity or Cocoa Pebbles Ice Cream Blocks
Fruity Pebbles Yogurt Pops
Cocoa Pebbles Screaming S’mores Bars
We created the Cocoa Pebbles Screaming S’mores Bars at home and they were a hit! I can’t wait to make them this winter to get our s’more fix in! The bars are super easy to make and I pretty much had everything on hand.
This is a perfect recipe too to get your kids to help with!
The Cocoa Pebbles Screaming S’mores Bars were a hit in our household and now that my kids see that we can bake with Pebbles cereals, they are already asking what we can create next!
Here is our final creation:
Look for Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles at your local grocery store. Check out the Pebbles website for some fun cereal-inspired recipes.
