The product, information, and gift card have been provided by the makers of In The Raw® so that I could try the product and share my thoughts and information about Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag. The opinions expressed in this post are my own and do not reflect the opinions of the makers of In The Raw® sweeteners.
The holidays to my family would not be the same without holiday cookies. From cookies to fudge, my family is all about sweets during the holidays. Each year I like to add new recipes in and I love to experiment in the kitchen with different ingredients.
Did you know that Stevia In The Raw® is a zero-calorie sweetner that is perfect for any baking and cooking needs? I honestly was clueless about Stevia In The Raw® until recently.
Here are some Stevia In The Raw® facts:
- It contains an extract from the sweet leaves of the stevia plant
- You can reduce sugar and calories in recipes as Stevia In The Raw® Baker’s Bag measures cup for cup with sugar – no conversions are necessary!
- When baking with Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag, it is recommended that you use about half the sugar it calls for in order to achieve proper browning, rising and caramelizing that only sugar can provide – so you are cutting down on sugar intake but not losing the flavor
- Up to 700 calories are saved for every cup of sugar that is replaced with Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag
- It can be used to sweeten tea, coffee, cereal or recipes that you might have otherwise used sugar in. You can use it both in hot and cold dishes.
