    Okay so in my house we eat bacon at least twice a week on Saturday and Sunday. Honestly we would have it more but with school during the week I just don’t have the time to fry it up and then enjoy it. Now I am not a bacon-enthusiast (no bacon ice cream sundeas for me) but I do love my bacon. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! My 5 year old though is trouble as he is a bacon-addict and will eat as much as I let him (or he sneaks off the counter.)

    So today to celebrate International Bacon Day, yeah who knew bacon had a holiday right?! I think we should get the day off work and be able to eat bacon all day!

      I think my favorite use for bacon is a nice BLT sandwich, but I’ll only make them during the summer when I can get awesome local vine ripened tomatoes. The bacon is still the star but it is amazing how much of a difference good tomato makes.

      I like my bacon crispy but not burned! The key is to take it out of the skillet just before it’s ready. It keeps cooking after you remove it. 🙂

      I love bacon a lot! It is so tasty. My favorite way to have it is on a chicken sandwich with avocado, ranch dressing and cheese. Delicious.

      i dont like bacon but everyone in my family does. theyre favorite is wrapped around jalapenos with cream cheese also with shrimp and jalapenos with onion. they also love blts and bacon for breakfast

      My son is starting to help out with cooking and loves creating new recipes of his own. He’s 11. His latest favorite bacon recipe is crispy and crumbled on a baked potato with shredded Monterey jack cheese! He also likes pairing bacon with cream cheese scrambled eggs and fresh cinnamon rolls on the side. He’s becoming quite the chef!! Thank you so much for this tasty giveaway!! 🙂

      i like bacon for breakfast, lunch,dinner,, brunch, as an appetizer, snack, dessert, by itself and in recipes, anywhere, everywhere, crisp or limp and anywhere in between. and even burned if it’s not totally, completely charred.

      I like bacon wrapped around a thick cut pork chop, and baked. It changed the whole texture, and flavor of the pork chop-very delicious!!

      I like my bacon cooked crisp! I love to eat bacon all by itself, in salads (or potatoes), with maple syrup or strawberry jam–I just think bacon makes everything better!

      I love bacon fried up in a skillet with an egg fried in the bacon grease. We also like to add bacon to various receipes.
