I received product/compensation in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
My boys have always loved laser tag when we visit arcades but it can be costly and not something we can do often. We have blasters that shoot darts at home but something about shooting lasers is of course cooler to them.
About four years ago we got to try out Laser X to try out and ever since we have added to the line at home. We added more blasters, smaller blasters and a gaming tower. The main appeal to my family is that Laser X can be used inside or outside – yes even in the sunlight.
Laser X Evolution blasters are the newest blasters in the line. Rather than shooting a target you wear like traditional laser tag, you shoot blaster to blaster! Years ago when we first got Laser X, I loved it so much I had all my friends buy them for their kids so all our kids could play together.
Features of Laser X Evolution:
- Range of up to 300 feet
- Works inside or outside, in the darkness or bright sunlight
- Choose from more than 20 team colors
- Blaster beams can go through windows and bounce off walls and mirrors to hit opponents
- Quick-slide reload to keep shooting
- Interactive voice “coach” to offer tips and tricks throughout the game
- Works with all Laser X gear, even the old ones!
- You can include unlimited players in the game and they easily connect to each other.
- Requires 6 “AAA” batteries (not included).
Honestly I love the Laser X line and have since the begining. My boys have spent literally hours and hours with these blasters and love that these new Evolution blasters are more advanced. No putting on a target, they can just start shooting! The price of around $30 for two blasters is more than worth it.

You can find Laser X Evolution at your local Walmart or wherever toys are sold.
